Welcome! These terms cover your use of the Gracefully Truthful app and this website, offered freely by Gracefully Truthful Ministries. Using the app means you agree to them.

The service

The app provides daily Bible studies, Scripture reading, and private journaling. It is free, carries no advertising, and requires no purchase. Donations to the ministry are voluntary and grant no additional features.

Your account

An account is optional and exists to sync your progress and journal across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email or Apple/Google identity. You may delete your account at any time, in-app or at app.gracefullytruthful.com/delete-account; deletion is permanent.

Your journal

Journal entries are yours. We claim no rights over them and use them only to provide sync. See the Privacy Policy for exactly how they are handled.

Content and Scripture

Study content is © Gracefully Truthful Ministries and its volunteer authors, provided for personal, non-commercial use. Scripture quotations marked CSB are used under license from Holman Bible Publishers — see Scripture copyright. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell app content or Scripture text.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, probe or overload our systems, or access another person’s data.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracefully Truthful Ministries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be noted in-app or on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
